Roll up your sleeves and go. Anyone who gets involved and shows outstanding performance can progress quickly at MEWA. The two management trainees, Daniel Krause and Günes Oliver Yenen, report on this.

Daniel Krause had not yet been working at the company for two months when he was given the opportunity to relocate from Rodgau to the headquarters in Wiesbaden, where he was responsible for the product cleaning division. “Having so much responsibility so early on was a great experience”. Three years later, Krause relocated to the company in Weil im Schönbuch to learn more about the processes at one of the regional locations.

Günes Oliver Yenen had a similarly exciting start to his career with MEWA. “I started in Italy in 2013 as a management assistant. I spent almost three years there, working on great projects, learning a lot and developing professionally.” This was followed by a year in Rodgau and then another international offer. “I had the opportunity to join our market entry team in England. I accepted immediately and, since June 2018, I have been living permanently here in England, which is a great challenge and a huge opportunity for me.”

What is so special about working at MEWA?
“You can get involved and have direct responsibility, whilst still remaining independent and expressing your opinion. I was working very closely with management right away. This naturally shapes your progression and you also realise that you are valued, which is what makes MEWA a special employer” explains Daniel Krause.
